Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a similar field; 5–10 years in construction project management with GC or related experience preferred.
• Strong time management, organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and familiarity with local permit and zoning regulations.
• Proficient with Excel, Procore and Microsoft Office as well as job costing software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate and supervise all field activities, subcontractors, and crews.
• Ensure work is performed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Interpret and enforce construction plans, blueprints, and specifications.
• Conduct daily site inspections and resolve on-site issues.
• Manage project schedules, sequencing, and work assignments.
• Communicate with project managers, owners, and engineers.
