Job summary

Structure Tone Philadelphia, part of the STO Building Group, seeks a Superintendent to oversee interior projects across Philadelphia. The role requires strong field supervision, safety compliance, and coordination of subcontractors to meet schedule and budget targets.

Responsibilities include developing schedules, reviewing progress with PMs and clients, and enforcing QA/QC in line with client specifications. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field experience.
• Experience with supervisory roles such as General Foreman, Field Engineer or Assistant Superintendent.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the project schedule and reports describing status.
• Coordinate field activities and supervise subcontractors for construction projects.
• Review progress with the Project Manager and client representatives.
• Enforce safety standards and ensure equipment is used safely.
• Direct subcontractor work on ground-up construction projects.
• Maintain QA/QC and understand client engineering specifications.
