Job summary

Jobot in Hawaii seeks an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee all phases of commercial projects, from planning to completion. You will report to the Project Manager and work with architects, engineers, and field teams to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in construction management or supervision.
• Proven budgeting, quality control, planning, materials management, and codes experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and OSHA guidelines.
• Excellent project management and team leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle from planning to completion.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget with high quality.
• Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and resources with PMs.
• Conduct regular site inspections for codes and safety compliance.
• Implement quality control programs and address delays or issues.
• Supervise the construction team, including subcontractors and laborers.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and construction specialists.
• Manage and safeguard construction materials from receipt to storage.
• Resolve issues due to weather, emergencies, or other delays.
• Maintain strong client, contractor, and team relationships.
