Barton Malow is seeking a Superintendent for a Battery Energy Storage Systems project in Newport, MI. This role requires travel and full-time site work, coordinating on-site staff and trade partners to deliver the project safely and on schedule.

The Sr. Superintendent will lead scope development, schedule baselines, and daily communications with the project team and client, ensuring quality and compliance with project goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant industrial and energy experience.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage change and adapt to new processes.
• Strong leadership and diplomatic communication abilities.

Responsabilités

• Assist in developing work scopes and bid documents; participate in bid process.
• Enforce corporate safety policies on the job site.
• Organizes and manages day-to-day on-site labor and coordinates contractor work.
• Supports the Project Manager in budget management and forecasting.
• Develops site logistics plans to maximize productivity and minimize disruptions.
• Establishes and maintains the project baseline schedule with input from subcontractors.
• Leads pull planning and provides six-week look-ahead updates to managers.
• Communicates daily issues and progress to Project Managers and stakeholders.
