Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists in developing work scopes and front-end documents for bidding and identifies potential contractors.
• Enforces corporate safety policies on site and ensures safety compliance.
• Organizes and manages on-site labor, coordinating contractor work to minimize interference.
• Supports the Project Manager in budget management and forecasting by controlling costs.
• Develops site logistics plans to maximize productivity and minimize impact on occupants.
• Establishes baseline schedule with input from subcontractors and factors timing considerations.
• Leads pull planning and provides six-week look-ahead updates to Project Managers and field staff.
• Communicates daily issues and progress to Project Managers and stakeholders.
