• Strong organizational skills and understanding of contracts and legal provisions.
• Ability to manage and embrace change, adapting to new processes.
• Capable of multitasking and prioritizing while maintaining customer relationships.
• Strong management to oversee trade partner performance to meet high quality standards.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assists in developing work scopes and front-end documents for bidding and identifies potential contractors.
• Enforces corporate safety policies on the job site and ensures safety compliance.
• Organizes and manages the day-to-day on-site labor force and coordinates contractor work.
• Supports the Project Manager in budget management and forecasting by controlling costs.
• Develops site logistics plans to maximize productivity and minimize impacts on building occupants.
• Establishes and implements the project baseline schedule with input from subcontractors.
• Leads pull planning efforts and provides progress reports with a six-week look-ahead.
• Communicates daily issues, events, and progress to Project Managers and stakeholders.
