Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for the project team with clear objectives and expectations.
• Develop and execute project plans including scope, schedule, budget, procurement, logistics, quality, and risk strategies.
• Review and manage subcontractor and vendor contracts to ensure alignment with requirements.
• Lead change management including pricing, negotiations, and tracking impacts.
• Maintain baseline schedule and monitor progress with look-ahead planning.
• Coordinate procurement activities and ensure timely delivery of long-lead items.
• Establish project controls and reporting for cost, schedule, quality, and safety.
• Communicate with client, design team, subcontractors, and authorities having jurisdiction.
• Lead project meetings and document decisions and action items.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and communicate significant issues to leadership.
