Barton Malow is seeking a Sr. Superintendent for a battery energy storage system project in Saginaw, MI. This role requires full-time on-site work and willingness to travel as needed.

You will oversee on-site construction activities, coordinate with project staff, and drive successful project delivery while maintaining safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate has extensive industrial energy experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a track record of managing trade

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering.
• 15+ years of industrial and energy experience.
• Strong organizational and contract knowledge.
• Ability to lead and manage trade partners.
• Effective communication and diplomacy.

Responsabilités

• Develop and enforce project scopes, bid documents, and front-end details.
• Enforce safety policies on site and ensure safety compliance.
• Organize on-site labor, coordinate trade contractors.
• Support budget management and forecast costs.
• Develop site logistics and baseline schedule with six-week look-ahead.
• Lead pull planning and provide progress reports to PMs.
• Communicate daily issues and progress to clients and teams.
