Qualifications

• B.S. in construction management, construction science, engineering, or related discipline preferred, or equivalent combo of education and experience.
• OSHA 30-hour Construction Industry Outreach Training required (may obtain within first year).
• 10+ years of aviation construction field experience with direct supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day field construction activities on assigned jobsite.
• Organize and manage large project staff across multiple owner‑employees.
• Oversee site safety and implement safety plans and procedures.
• Review submittals, drawings, and schedules to determine scope, materials, and manpower.
• Plan layout and sequencing with project managers for efficient site use and startup activities.
• Supervise field engineers and ensure accuracy of measurements and elevations.
• Develop schedules, provide technical instructions, and resolve plan ambiguities with the office.
