Austin Commercial, a leading construction firm and ESOP, seeks an Assistant Superintendent II for its Aviation division in San Francisco, CA. You will support the superintendent with planning, layout, safety, and coordination of trades to meet project goals.

The role requires a BS in construction management or related field or equivalent experience, OSHA 30, and strong leadership. This full-time, on-site position offers growth and exposure to landmark aviation projects.

Qualifications

• B.S. in construction management/science or related field with 2+ years' commercial construction experience
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Industry Outreach Training (must be obtained within first year)
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; Austin Commercial does not sponsor visas
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist the superintendent with project planning, scheduling, and site layout
• Oversee safety plans and compliance on the jobsite
• Coordinate materials, subcontractors, and field engineers
• Maintain daily reports and support inspections
