Foundry in South Florida is seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead ground-up multifamily construction in Palm Beach County. You will own field operations, manage senior and assistant superintendents, and coordinate with trade partners to drive projects from mobilization through turnover.

Qualifications

• Drive master schedules, sequencing and look-ahead planning.
• Coordinate structure, building envelope, MEP and interior buildout.
• Oversee site logistics, safety, quality and productivity.
• Work with Project Managers, Executives, owners and design teams.
• Lead subcontractor meetings and maintain field accountability.
• Identify and resolve issues before impacting the project.
• Drive projects through completion, closeout and turnover.

We're working with an established and growing General Contractor in South Florida that is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead major multifamily construction projects in Palm Beach County.

The Opportunity

You’ll take ownership of field operations on large-scale, ground-up multifamily projects from mobilization through final turnover.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead all day-to-day field operations
• Manage Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents and trade partners
• Drive master schedules, sequencing and look-ahead planning
• Coordinate structure, building envelope, MEP and interior buildout
• Manage subcontractors and major trade packages
• Oversee site logistics, safety, quality and productivity
• Work closely with Project Managers, Project Executives, owners and design teams
• Lead subcontractor meetings and maintain accountability in the field
• Identify and resolve issues before they impact the project
• Drive projects through completion, closeout and turnover

What We're Looking For

• Strong Superintendent experience with a General Contractor
• Ground-up multifamily construction experience
• Strong understanding of structural construction, MEP coordination and interior buildout
• Experience managing large subcontractor teams
• Strong scheduling, sequencing and site logistics knowledge
• Excellent field leadership and communication skills
