Job summary

Foundry is seeking a Senior High-Rise Superintendent to lead major ground-up towers in Miami, with relocation support for the right candidate. You will oversee field operations, drive schedules, and coordinate multi-trade packages on some of South Florida's largest projects.

The role demands proven GC leadership on high-rise structures, with the ability to manage large field teams and deliver on time, safely and to quality standards.

Qualifications

• Significant Superintendent experience with a General Contractor.
• Extensive ground-up high-rise construction experience.
• A track record of delivering large, complex vertical projects.
• Experience managing large field teams and subcontractor packages.
• Excellent scheduling, sequencing and site logistics capabilities.

• Work closely with Project Executives, Project Managers, owners and design teams.
• Identify and resolve field challenges before they impact the project.
• Drive projects through completion, commissioning and turnover.

We're representing one of South Florida's premier General Contractors in the search for an accomplished High-Rise Superintendent to join its Miami team.

This is an opportunity to join a contractor with an exceptional reputation for delivering some of Miami's largest, most complex and high-profile construction projects.

The company has an outstanding pipeline of major high-rise work and is looking nationally for proven field leaders who have successfully delivered large-scale, ground-up vertical construction.

You do not need to be based in Florida.

Candidates are being considered from anywhere in the United States, with a comprehensive relocation package available for the right person.

The Opportunity

You'll take a senior field leadership role on major ground-up high-rise projects in Miami, working with highly experienced project teams and taking ownership of field operations from structure through turnover.
