Job summary

ZSG is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to lead field operations and ensure successful project execution from start to finish. This leadership role requires managing jobsite teams, maintaining safety and quality standards, and delivering projects on schedule.

You will oversee on-site construction activities, supervise crews and subcontractors, coordinate schedules and deliveries, communicate with Project Managers and clients, enforce OSHA safety rules, and drive quality control

Qualifications

• 5+ years of superintendent experience in commercial, multi-family or industrial construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and scheduling.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple subcontractors.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Commitment to jobsite safety and quality workmanship.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and project documents.
• OSHA certification preferred.
