Job summary

Bingman Construction on-site Project Superintendent leads daily field operations, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule alignment. You’ll coordinate subcontractors, material deliveries, and inspections while guiding crews to meet project goals.

This role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and hands-on problem solving; WWTP experience is a plus. OSHA knowledge, plans reading, and a safety-first mindset help drive successful project completion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of superintendent experience in commercial or industrial construction.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and scheduling.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple subcontractors.
• Clear communicator and confident problem-solver.
• Commitment to safety and delivering quality work.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and project documents.
• WWTP experience is a plus.
• OSHA certification preferred.

What You’ll Do

As a Project Superintendent, you’ll be the driving force on‑site, making sure every phase of the project stays on track and meets expectations.

You will:
