Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Senior Construction Superintendent to lead on complex commercial projects in Cleveland, OH. You will guide day-to-day field operations, manage subcontractors and schedules, and uphold safety and quality standards while coordinating with project teams and clients.

The ideal candidate has Senior Superintendent experience, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Senior Superintendent-level leadership experience preferred.
• Proven experience managing commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, safety, and quality control.
• Ability to lead subcontractors and field teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with construction plans, specifications, and project documentation.
• OSHA 30 or equivalent safety training preferred.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day field operations from mobilization through completion
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, schedules, inspections, and site logistics
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality control, and project standards
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, clients, architects, and trade partners
• Review plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and project schedules
• Identify and resolve field issues before they impact schedule or budget
• Lead and mentor Assistant Superintendents and other field personnel
• Maintain project documentation and ensure work is completed in accordance with contract requirements

The Successful Applicant

• Commercial construction experience, with Senior Superintendent-level leadership experience preferred
