Job summary

MPI is seeking a Lead Superintendent to oversee on-site project execution for mid- to large-scale mission critical sites. You will drive safety, quality, and efficiency while coordinating trades, vendors, and inspections to meet schedule targets.

You will mentor junior staff, maintain thorough site documentation, and communicate with project managers and clients to ensure alignment and successful project delivery. A strong background in data center environments is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience as Lead/Senior Superintendent, preferably in mission critical/data center construction.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, budgeting, and trade coordination.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

The Successful Applicant

A successful Lead Superintendent - Mission Critical Construction should have:

• Strong experience as a Lead / Senior Superintendent (ideally in mission critical / data center construction)
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-phase projects
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, budgeting, and trade coordination
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency with construction management software
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
