We Search People is partnering with a leading Southeast contractor to hire a Senior Superintendent in Atlanta. This role will oversee field operations across multiple projects, mentor Superintendents, and ensure delivery safety, schedule, and quality.

You will coordinate manpower, work with project teams and subcontractors, and conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, safety, and performance. Excellent leadership and communication are essential in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Experience overseeing Healthcare, K-12 and Industrial construction projects.
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects and manage Superintendents.
• Strong understanding of construction means and methods, scheduling, safety, and site logistics.
• Proven ability to coordinate large field teams and subcontractor partners.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience within the Atlanta market is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

We're partnering with a leading commercial general contractor that delivers large-scale projects across the healthcare, K-12, and Industrial sectors throughout the Southeast. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they're looking to add an experienced Senior Superintendent to their Atlanta team.

This role offers the opportunity to oversee multiple projects while leading field operations, mentoring Superintendents, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
