CEC is seeking a Senior SUE Field Technician to lead subsurface utility investigations on infrastructure projects. You will use locating equipment, mentor team members, and ensure accurate utility data collection while coordinating with engineers and clients.

The role requires a strong background in SUE, field data collection, and report preparation, with travel and safety-compliant practices emphasized.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor-level survey/geomatics background preferred but not required.
• Experience with utility locating and SUE related fieldwork.
• Strong computer and report-writing skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead SUE field investigations per ASCE 38-02 standards.
• Operate pipe/cable locators and GPR to identify utilities.
• Prepare sketches and reports of utilities identified in the field.
• Mentor teammates and support client relationships.
• Assist in proposals, interviews, and presentations.
