Qualifications

• CADC II certification required or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Strong preference for Mental Health Degree or credential (e.g., Qualified Mental Health Professional).
• Minimum 5 years providing direct SUD services; minimum 1 year of clinical supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision and oversight of Substance Use Disorder (SUD) services within the agency.
• Lead program development, staff recruitment, supervision, evaluations, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and all applicable laws and contract requirements.
• Coordinate with clinical management and system partners to optimize behavioral health services.
• Provide direct clinical services and ensure team-based care meets productivity standards.
• Assist in budget development and monitoring for the SUD program.
