Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers in Lynnwood seeks a Clinical Supervisor (SUD) to oversee mental health and substance use services. You will supervise clinicians, review documentation in Cerner, and ensure compliance with federal/state rules while maintaining Sea Mar’s patient-centered model.

You will coordinate staffing, support professional development, and partner with leadership to sustain high-quality care for diverse communities in a busy outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required; licensure preferred.
• Minimum five years in the field with some administrative experience.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Ability to supervise mental health and substance use staff.
• Experience with Cerner and confidentiality/compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group supervision to mental health and Substance Use Disorder outpatient providers, peer specialists, case managers, and staff.
• Review and approve therapists’ clinical documentation in Cerner; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate staffing levels, caseload distribution, and productivity goals with the manager.
• Partner with Program Manager/Regional Director on hiring and program quality.
• Ensure HIPAA and confidentiality requirements are met; maintain client records per policy.
