This is a remote position based in the United States.

We are seeking a Go-to-Market (GTM) Success Engagement Manager (SEM) to join our team, primarily working with enterprise-level broadband service providers (BSPs). The SEM will engage with Tier 2 & Tier 1 BSPs and their sales and success teams to deliver GTM expertise, helping to develop and refine programs, content, and delivery methods to improve alignment, industry practices, and subscriber experience. Candidates should have experience in the broadband space at Tier 2 or Tier 1 level and familiarity with large broadband operations.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Consult with BSP customers on their go-to-market strategies and execution, leveraging data to guide conversations and processes.
  • Assist customers in realizing value from their investments with Calix and promote subscriber adoption of Calix managed services.
  • Guide GTM strategies and best practices, including developing value-based service offerings with managed services.
  • Provide consultative guidance on GTM objectives, including modifications and enhancements to customer business goals.

Collaborate with other Calix teams:

  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Services, Success, and Sales teams to create solutions delivering exceptional value to broadband providers and communities.
  • Identify opportunities within accounts for additional Calix solutions.
  • Guide BSPs to relevant data sources to facilitate their adoption of best practices.
  • Help customers identify and track KPIs, developing plans to meet these objectives over time.
  • Gather feedback on Calix GTM and products/services for continuous improvement.
  • Communicate and validate self-service assets for customer use.
Qualifications:
  • 12+ years in developing and executing GTM campaigns, with a consultative and prescriptive approach, understanding ROI measurement and data-driven marketing.
  • 3+ years experience with Tier 1 or Tier 2 broadband providers or as a support/consultant for them.
  • Experience in B2C, B2B, and B2B2C marketing.
  • Preferred: Experience in SaaS, Telecommunications, or Broadband industries.
  • Ability to navigate complex business structures and align with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to learn technical aspects of Calix solutions and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Strong communication, presentation skills, and executive presence.
  • Ability to build relationships, think strategically, and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment.
  • Future travel expectation: Less than 30%.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.

Compensation varies based on location within the U.S., determined by residence, skills, experience, and education.

  • San Francisco Bay Area: $140,300 - $210,500 USD annually
  • Major Cities + CA, CO, NY Metro: $122,000 - $183,000 USD annually
  • Regional + NY: $109,800 - $164,700 USD annually
