This is a remote position based in the United States.
We are seeking a Go-to-Market (GTM) Success Engagement Manager (SEM) to join our team, primarily supporting enterprise-level broadband service providers (BSPs). The GTM SEM will engage with Tier 2 & Tier 1 BSPs and their sales and success management teams to deliver GTM domain expertise. The role involves evolving, creating, and updating programs, content, and delivery methods to help BSPs align better, adopt industry best practices, and focus more on the subscriber experience. Ideal candidates will have experience in the Tier 2 or Tier 1 broadband space and understand the complexities of large broadband operations.
