Role Overview

The Sr. Manager, Engagement and Talent Analytics will develop and execute a global colleague listening strategy to enhance the employee experience. As part of the Talent Management COE, this role involves designing feedback mechanisms, generating analytical insights, and partnering with HR to support strategic talent decisions. This position can be based in CT, FL, or remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and lead the roadmap for colleague listening methodologies, including surveys and feedback mechanisms.
  2. Manage global survey governance, process, and administration.
  3. Transform data into compelling narratives to guide talent management strategies.
  4. Design and implement focused action planning strategies for leaders.
  5. Provide regular updates to senior leadership and support data-driven decision-making.
  6. Support Talent Partners and HRBPs with training and resources.
  7. Maintain a talent and metrics strategy to address attrition and improve effectiveness.
  8. Drive engagement initiatives and campaigns to support organizational change.
  9. Stay updated on best practices in employee listening and talent analytics.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, business, or HR with 7+ years of experience; advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience with employee listening, survey management, and analytics.
  • Proficiency in storytelling with data, visualization tools, and analytics software.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Global mindset and intercultural communication experience.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-focused.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Workday, Viva Glint, Tableau, R/Python/SPSS.
  • Knowledge of data governance frameworks.
