Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of related manufacturing engineering experience.
• Experience with complex Aerospace Sub-Systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) in producibility studies and production philosophies.
• Conceptualize and oversee the program architecture for build.
• Develop manufacturing plans for high level program requirements.
• Architect and drive tooling, workstations, automation, and capital equipment investments; justify manufacturing improvements.
• Establish and maintain standardized processes and controls across production lines; champion scalable solutions.
• Mentor, develop and provide technical oversight to engineering teams; review and approve deliverables.
