Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or related field required.
• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in aerospace/defense.
• Experience with complex sub-systems and scalable manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead IPTs to analyze producibility and manufacturing concepts.
• Develop manufacturing plans for high level program requirements.
• Drive tooling, automation, and capital investments.
• Mentor engineering teams and review technical deliverables.
• Apply data analytics and Six Sigma to improve throughput and quality.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet schedule and budget.
