Job summary

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) seeks a Senior Industrial Engineer to support the T-7A program in Berkeley, MO. You will lead cross-functional teams, apply industrial engineering concepts to production and service operations, and develop plans, analyses and workflows for long-range improvements.

The role emphasizes project management, scheduling, budgeting and capacity planning to optimize manufacturing performance and asset utilization.

Qualifications

BS in Engineering or related field.
5+ years experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Level 4 requires 9+ years experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional project teams to plan, execute, and monitor engineering initiatives.
Applies industrial engineering concepts, approaches and techniques to product, process and services to meet program requirements.
Facilitate regular project status meetings, providing transparent communication and reporting to leadership and team members.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, resource plans, and budgets for long-term process optimization projects.
Develops plant and equipment layouts, capacity plans, accident prevention measures, sequencing of operations and workflows.
Evaluates new techniques and technological developments for integration into the production process and service operations.
