Qualifications

• 5+ years work-related experience with a Bachelor's degree or 3+ years with a Master's degree.
• Experience supporting defense and/or aerospace customers.
• Composite fabrication experience preferred.
• Experience with Manufacturing Execution System Common Image (MESci) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on manufacturing processes.
• Identify and mitigate production risks and optimize workflows.
• Ensure quality and timely delivery of aerospace products.
