Job summary

Qualifications

• Lead substation protection and control design with ownership of scope and deliverables.
• Develop protection schemes, relay applications, and control logic for substations.
• Ensure designs comply with NESC, NEC, IEEE and client requirements.
• Review calculations and protective device coordination for reliability and selectivity.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to engineering staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of substation projects with protection and control ownership.
• Serve as technical lead for protection scheme configurations and relay logic.
• Develop and approve complex protection/control designs and system integration.
• Perform and oversee protective device coordination and fault analysis.
• Lead design reviews and ensure adherence to company standards.
