Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management or construction management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee substation and utility construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Own project budgets, forecasting, schedules, procurement, billing, change orders and cost controls.
• Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, vendors, engineering teams, utilities, and customers.
• Participate in estimating, bidding, project pursuits, scope reviews and contract negotiations.
• Identify and resolve field, schedule, cost and contractual issues before they impact project performance.
• Drive accountability across project teams while maintaining strong customer relationships.
