This hands-on leadership role emphasizes strong field execution, client relationships, and rigorous financial management to ensure project success. The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years of PM/CM experience in electrical infrastructure, with a track record of winning work and delivering on budgets, schedules, and scope.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management or construction management experience.
• Strong background with electrical contractor, EPC contractor, utility contractor, or T&D/substation contractor.
• Direct experience with substation, high-voltage, transmission, distribution, or related electrical infrastructure construction.
• Ownership of full construction PM process including cost, schedule, change management, and field execution.
• Experience competing for and winning construction work is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of electrical construction operations and field coordination.
