Job summary

MasTec Power Delivery is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high-voltage utility projects in the United States. The role covers safety, financial stewardship, operations, and administrative functions across project lifecycles, from proposal through closeout.

You will lead a team, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, and ensure milestones and deliverables are met with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with managing contracted work with Municipal and/or Investor Owned Utilities required.
• Thorough understanding of utility industry practices/standards, operations, contract management with emphasis on power projects required.
• 5+ years experience with Substation construction

Responsibilities

• Define and manage scope, deliverables, and schedules.
• Oversee budgets, contracts, and subcontractor performance.
• Coordinate with clients, construction managers, and vendors.
• Ensure safety compliance and QA/QC for deliverables.
• Closeout activities including invoicing and PO closure.
