Qualifications

• Must be able to accurately process written documentation, perform duties in a timely manner, and interface with personnel at all levels.
• Strong understanding of project controls, earned value management and risk management is desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and related project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and understand project scope and deliverables; manage subcontractor bid packages and communications.
• Develop and maintain project schedules with critical milestones and manage budgets and margins.
• Coordinate with clients, construction managers, schedulers and subcontractors for kickoff and progress meetings.
• Approve subcontract invoices, client billing and change orders; document project variance and risks.
• Ensure safety policies and standards are met; monitor QA/QC of engineering and procurement deliverables.
• Close out projects with final billing, documentation transfer, and retention handling.
