Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead substation and T&D projects. You will define scope, manage budgets, track costs, and oversee schedules while coordinating with engineering, field leadership, and operations.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in electrical/substation PM, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and PMP is a plus. This role offers exposure to utility-scale projects and opportunities to drive profitability.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of project management experience in electrical or substation construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or related field.
• PMP certification preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using project management tools and methodologies.
• Ability to manage scope, budget, and timelines across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and execution plans.
• Develop budgets based on project requirements and resource needs.
• Track costs and manage financial performance.
• Build and manage detailed project schedules and work plans.
• Provide updates to stakeholders on progress and strategy.
• Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers.
• Apply industry best practices throughout project execution.
• Monitor project performance and implement adjustments as needed.
• Lead projects through full lifecycle from planning to closeout.
