Job summary

Jobot, Akron, OH, is seeking a Sr. Electrical Project Manager to own scope, schedule, and delivery on high-impact substation and T&D projects. You will lead resources across planning through closeout and be accountable for project performance.

The role requires 5–8 years in PM for electrical/substation projects, a Bachelor's degree, and preferably PMP certification. You will collaborate with engineering, field leadership, and operations while influencing profitability and project strategy.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of project management experience
• Experience managing electrical or substation construction projects
• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, Business or related field
• PMP certification preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and execution plans
• Develop budgets based on project requirements and resource needs
• Track costs and manage financial performance
• Build and manage detailed project schedules and work plans
• Provide updates to stakeholders on progress and strategy
• Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers
• Lead projects through full lifecycle from planning to closeout
