Electrical Consultants, Inc. (ECI) is a leading power engineering consultant firm seeking a Project Manager in Mankato, MN. You will lead the design and execution of substation projects, coordinating with multiple disciplines and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires a BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, 10+ years of project engineering experience, and 2+ years of PM/leadership experience, with PE and PMP preferred. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering; 10+ years’ project engineering experience.
• 2+ years of demonstrated project management and leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong organization and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct conceptual, preliminary and final design of substations, including material procurement, construction and commissioning/startup support.
• Scope, budget, schedule, plan, execute, monitor and report on substation projects and proposals.
• Oversee project teams of engineers, designers and support staff; mentor and train staff.
