Job summary

US Tech Solutions in Florida seeks a seasoned Substation Project Engineer to lead renewable generation substation projects from conception to construction and commissioning. You will collaborate with Early-Stage PMs to define engineering requirements and ensure compliance with industry codes.

The role requires 6+ years in substation design and project management with a track record of delivering on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience in Substation design and engineering.
• Project Engineering and/or Project Management experience with a strong bias for action.
• PMP and/or P.E. in related discipline is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical or civil/structural engineering.

Responsibilities

• All assigned renewable generation substation projects from conception through execution.
• Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to develop and secure substation sites.
• Ensure projects are efficient, cost effective and safely implemented.
