Job summary

You will manage asset data transfers into Maximo and guarantee proper documentation and regulatory alignment. The role requires a BS in Electrical Engineering with 15+ years in substation engineering, knowledge of NERC, and experience with Maximo and Documentum; leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering required; other engineering degrees acceptable.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in substation engineering and management.
• Strong knowledge of NERC compliance.
• Experience with asset and document management systems (Maximo, Documentum).
• Proven leadership and change-management capabilities.
• Experience in power generation or renewable energy tech.
• Maximo and Documentum expertise.

Responsibilities

• Serve as customer representative for substation SME.
• Oversee contracting team to implement field processes and guide improvements.
• Support transfer of asset attributes into Maximo asset management.
• Support activation of required preventive maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with solar and energy storage project managers, operations teams, and engineering staff.
• Store and manage substation drawings and reports in D2/Documentum.
