ENTRUST Solutions Group in Warrenville, IL is seeking a Sr. Engineer specialized in Protection & Control to lead substation projects. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in substation engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.

You will be responsible for overseeing the design and execution of P&C systems, while also mentoring junior engineers and ensuring project quality standards are met. This role is a critical part of our commitment to innovation and technical excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in substation engineering, focused on P&C.
• Hands-on experience with relay protection schemes like SEL, GE, Siemens, ABB.
• Strong understanding of power system fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering design of P&C systems for substations (4kV–500kV).
• Develop protection schemes and technical drawings.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure milestones.
