Qualifications

• 7+ years of direct estimating experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, ConEst, and K-Base.
• OSHA 10-hour certification required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed bottom-up estimates for transmission and distribution bids.
• Review RFPs, engineering drawings, and related documentation.
• Develop risk registers and support the risk review process.
• Present final estimates to leadership, including recommendations.
