Job summary

Poweredbysenergy seeks a detail-oriented, timeline-driven EPC Project Manager to oversee Substation projects from its Boerne office. The role requires coordinating planning, budgeting, and resource management with occasional overnight travel to project sites.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage client communications within 48 hours, and drive profitability while ensuring scope and schedule adherence. Bachelor’s in Engineering is preferred, with 5+ years in EPC project management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager for EPC projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Transmission Lines or HV Substation projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning, execution, and closeout to ensure on-time, in-scope, and within-budget delivery.
• Develop schedules, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and resource plans.
• Create WBS and allocate resources; conduct kickoff meetings and regular status updates.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies across the project lifecycle.
• Maintain proactive client relations and provide timely project updates per SEnergy guidelines.
