Job summary

The role requires ABET-accredited electrical engineering or related degree, and FE exam with 3 years of substation experience. Office suite proficiency and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and engineering software as required by substation design.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational skills; able to work in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Develops substation design packages including layout, protective relaying and control, and electrical studies.
• Performs calculations for insulation, DC systems, grounding, voltage drop, cable sizing, and conduit fill.
• Supports field inspections and client presentations; assists with proposals and project scheduling.
