Qualifications

• 8+ years of electrical engineering/utility industry experience.
• PE license is required.
• US citizenship is required for Federal Contractor work.

Responsibilities

• Design sub-transmission systems and substations.
• Develop concepts and estimates for small-scale improvements.
• Create models and perform power system analyses.
• Develop electrical specs for major apparatus.
• Model large-scale power systems in ETAP.
• Prepare BOMs and technical specifications.
• Conduct field walk-downs with customers and crews.
• Maintain GIS data for distribution systems.
• Perform site surveys for upgrades and present designs.
