Qualifications

• Substation design experience preferred.
• Experience with substation equipment and utility transmission systems preferred.
• Knowledge of IEEE, NEC, OSHA standards preferred.
• AutoCAD training or certification preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office required.

Responsibilities

• Create 2D AutoCAD drawings for substations including foundation, grounding, conduit layouts.
• Produce drawings and specifications for substation projects.
• Transmit drawing packages using TEAMS or related software.
• Coordinate with engineers and other departments involved in substation design.
• Support Substation Construction, Field Services, and Project Management teams.
