• Experience reviewing substation structure design, rigid bus, foundation, and related components.
• Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Responsibilities

• Lead design reviews and mentor junior staff.
• Perform design reviews of civil/structural components for substation projects.
• Support bid/construction package development and client communication.
• Ensure quality control, schedule adherence, and budget compliance.
• Travel to client facilities and industry events as needed.
