Job summary

CoVolt Power seeks a civil/structural designer to create and revise drawings for LV, HV, and EHV substations, with emphasis on transmission and distribution systems. You will develop foundation and structural steel plans, peer review others' drawings, and maintain drawing files while updating field as-built conditions.

The role requires 5+ years of substation design experience, strong AutoCAD skills, and the ability to travel to field sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing transmission-level substations (13.8kV–500kV).
• Foundation plans and details, structural steel fabrication details.
• Strong written and verbal communications, ability to work in a team.
• Proficient in AutoCAD (2015 or later).

Responsibilities

• Create and revise design drawings of HV/LV/EHV substations.
