Oaks Integrated Care Inc. in New Jersey seeks an experienced program supervisor to oversee Addictions-licensed Outpatient and Intensive Outpatient Programs, ensuring quality care and regulatory compliance.

You will coordinate staff, expand counseling services, and partner with healthcare providers to integrate MAT and harm-reduction practices within evidence-based treatment frameworks. A master’s degree and 5+ years’ supervisory experience are preferred.

Qualificações

• Must demonstrate knowledge of wellness and recovery principles.
• Knowledge of psychotropic medications and uses.
• Harm reduction practices including MAT and safe use practices.
• Person Centered Approach to services.
• Understanding of co-Occurring populations; evidence-based practices.
• Case Management; strong Microsoft Office and Internet skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; time management and organization.

Responsabilidades

• Provide programmatic and staff oversight of Addictions-licensed Outpatient and Intensive Outpatient Programs.
• Develop and expand Substance Use Counseling Program in the community and grant programs.
• Provide individual, family and group counseling at IOP/OP level of care using evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with nursing and prescriber staff to ensure MAT and harm reduction are embedded in programming.
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and identify client strengths and needs.
• Staff all programs to ensure appropriate level of care; maintain clinical records meeting standards.
• Ensure regulatory compliance of facilities and adherence to funding source requirements.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team; provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Lead team meetings and supervise staff per agency/licensing standards.
• Oversee quality assurance and performance improvement activities related to contracts and grants.
• Monitor LOS, productivity targets, and revenue compliance; participate in committees.
• Manage a small caseload of consumers.
• Other duties as assigned.
