Qualifications

• 5 years of post-degree experience in mental health and addictions setting preferred.
• 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Licensed in the State of NJ: LCADC/LCSW/LPC.

Responsibilities

• Provide programmatic and staff oversight of outpatient programs.
• Develop and expand Substance Use Counseling Program.
• Provide individual, family, and group counseling.
• Ensure safety planning and harm reduction practices are embedded in programming.
• Conduct assessments through New Jersey intake system.
