Job summary

Oaks Integrated Care Inc. in New Jersey is seeking a Program Supervisor for Outpatient Mental Health programs across Mercer County.

You will oversee day‑to‑day operations, supervise clinicians, and coordinate treatment teams to deliver individual, group and family therapy, case management and medication management within a continuum of care. The role requires a Master’s degree in a social work/mental health field and active NJ LCSW/LPC/LMFT license, plus supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a social work/mental health field is required.
• Active New Jersey LCSW/LPC/LMFT license is required.
• Supervisory experience in behavioral health is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outpatient mental health services including co‑occurring needs.
• Day‑to‑day supervision of staff and outpatient services (individual, group, family therapy).
• Hybrid schedule flexibility for staff and clients.
• Provide growth training/CEUs and evidence‑based practices.
• Collaborate with a multi‑disciplinary team (nurses, prescribers) to engage clients in care.
• Monitor staff productivity to meet contractual requirements.
• Work with Director on program budgets.
• Engage in continuous quality improvement to enhance services.
• Recruit, train, and develop a motivated and effective team.
• Provide clinical and administrative supervision and coaching.
• Ensure staff compliance with policies, procedures and licensing.
• All other duties as assigned.
