Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and maintaining comprehensive patient documentation. Candidates are required to have a Bachelor’s degree, relevant certification, and over three years of experience in addiction treatment. Qualifications

• Must possess a minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• Over three years of experience in chemical dependency treatment required.
• Certification in First Aid and HIV is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct counseling services to patients.
• Perform assessments, evaluations, and intakes.
• Maintain accurate records on patients in accordance with facility procedures.
• Implement individualized treatment plans based on ASAM criteria.
