Siltt LLC is looking for a Subsea Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician in San Diego. This critical role involves serving as the final technical authority for subsea optical infrastructure, providing expert troubleshooting, and managing high-stakes incidents. Ideal candidates will have over 8 years of relevant experience with deep technical expertise in optical transport systems and certifications such as CCNP. Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in network operations with emphasis on optical transport.
• Deep understanding of OTDR/COTDR, Optical Link Budgets, Q-factors.
• Experience with scripting or automation tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Tier III technical authority for subsea optical paths.
• Support root-cause analysis for cable faults.
• Plan and execute maintenance on subsea wet-plants and dry-plants.
